Support Policy
Comprehensive service and support is a key component of our commitment to provide customers reliable access to USPS® mail automation, the fastest, most reliable and most economical mailing service USPS Postal Software Solutions.
Standard Support
Product support is available throughout the license period. Error reports receive a response within one business day of receipt of the report and will be corrected within three business days of receipt of a reproducible case. We can send back the error report and any files associated with your files or any issue you are having.
Support Requests
All support requests should be submitted to support@aescass.com. Support requests must describe how to reproduce the error.
If necessary to reproduce the problem, include as an attachment any files or a portion of the input address list that includes the case being reported.
